PAYMENT TERMS

1. About this page
lallyeng.com/pay allows clients of Lally Chartered Engineers Limited to pay an invoice issued by the company by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The page is for invoice payments only.

2. Finding your invoice
You enter your invoice number and the email address the invoice was sent to. Both must match our records before the amount due is shown. The amount charged is the balance outstanding on the invoice at that moment and cannot be changed on the page.

3. Card payment limit
Invoices with a balance above the limit shown on the page are paid by bank transfer only. Bank details are shown on the page and on your invoice.

4. How your card is processed
Card payments are processed by AIB Merchant Services on its secure payment page. Your card details are entered only on that page. Lally Chartered Engineers Limited does not see, receive or store your card details.

5. Receipt
When your payment is approved you will receive a payment receipt by email. The receipt is not a VAT invoice. Your VAT invoice is the invoice we issued to you.

6. Refunds
Any refund is made to the card used for the original payment and to no other account.

7. Duplicate or incorrect payments
If you believe you have paid twice or paid the wrong amount, contact us at accounts@lallyeng.com with your invoice number and payment reference and we will put it right.

8. Your information
To show your invoice we check the invoice number and email address against our accounting records. We use this information only to process your payment and to send your receipt. Our privacy policy is at lallyeng.com/privacy-policy/.
