Our brief can range from conceptual design, to full planning applications and extend to the design and specification of all infrastructural and building elements at construction stage. We also provide a full survey and setting out service for all building, playing surface and infrastructural elements.

Sports centres
Full detailed fabrication drawings and specification documents for all elements including structural frames, foundations, masonry and flooring components, and cladding. We can also specify project specific features such as games walls, gym layouts and court layouts.
Pitch layouts
Positioning and orientation of playing surfaces to optimise available land areas while minimising required excavation works.
Drainage
Design and specification of all drainage and wastewater systems for building and playing surface areas.
Playgrounds
Layouts and surface type selection provide for various equipment and area usages. We also provide recommendations on safety requirements and surface testing.
Cycle and hiking trail structures
Design and specification of suspension bridges required for pedestrians and cyclists in the local National Park and Greenway cycle track. Design scope included foundation design, main frame structure and cable suspended deck structure.
Car parks and footpaths
Detailed specifications for pavement design, concrete works, surface water drainage provision, parking bay layouts and turning zones.
Landscaping
In addition to playing surfaces, we provide layouts and detailed cross-sections for surrounding areas. We have the facility to computate required cut and fill volumes using Trimble Business Centre.
Outdoor adventure centres
We have carried out site suitability testing and specified commercial scale wastewater treatment systems for sports developments in accordance with EPA standards.
Fire and Disability
We provide documentation and specifications for Fire Cert and Disability Access applications.
