Structural Supervision

We provide structural supervision where we undertake regular site visits at the critical stages of construction.

We carry out Structural Inspections throughout the build ensuring the property is built in accordance with the structural design, current building regulations and conditions as set out under the planning permission.

OUR SERVICES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

Structural Inspections and Signing Off the Structure as the Design Certifier
Site Visit prior to Detailing to assess Site Conditions
Site Visits throughout the build to ensure work is acceptable, including visit for final sign off
Sketches and Engineering Details as required during the build
Liaising with Contractors as required
Structural Compliance Certification upon completion

SNAG LISTS

Snag lists are inspections carried out on newly built properties to ensure the property is in compliance with all current Building Regulations. The inspection identifies poorly constructed or incomplete work and it brings ‘snags’ to the client’s attention. It gives the client the opportunity to get the issues attended to before finalising contracts.
