We provide Structural Design and Detailing services for a wide range of projects from minor alterations to large commercial new builds, conversions and extensions.

Our team have substantial experience working on a variety of structures alongside Architects, Industrial Designers and Contractors. We strive to produce top quality, cost effective designs within budget and on time.

Our work can range from minor alterations to large commercial builds and can include new builds, renovations, conversions and extensions. Our work is carried out using sophisticated analytical software fully integrated with Revit and AutoCad to produce efficient and detailed designs.

COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS

We provide design and detailing services for a variety of commercial structures including;

Clear span portal frame steel structures to provide flexible unobstructed layouts
Steel clad braced frames
Masonry and precast slab construction
RC frame and precast slab construction

For steel structures we can provide a full set of fabrication drawings including all assembly drawings, marking plans, cutting/material lists, and details of all fittings.

EDUCATIONAL BUILDINGS

We have designed and specified structures for a number of school buildings. Specifications were submitted under the eTenders procurement process.

AGRICULTURAL BUILDINGS

As well as submitting full planning applications for agricultural buildings we have specified structural details for all substructure and superstructure elements under TAMS regulations.
