STRUCTURAL DESIGN

We provide Structural Design and Detailing services for a wide range of projects from minor alterations to large commercial new builds, conversions and extensions.

ENVIRONMENTAL

We have an extensive range of equipment to provide environmental monitoring services nationwide. We specialise in Noise, Dust, Vibration and Light monitoring and control.

STRUCTURAL SURVEYS

We carry out detailed Structural /Building Surveys and Snag lists for Residential properties. All surveys are carried out by highly trained and experienced engineers.

HOUSE SUPERVISION

We carry out Structural Inspections to ensure the property is built in accordance with the current building regulations and conditions as set out under the planning permission.

EPA ASSESSMENTS

Lally Chartered Engineers are fully experienced and certified to carry out EPA Site Suitability Assessments in compliance with the EPA code of practice.

MAPPING & SURVEYING

Our team carry out Site and Land surveys using our Trimble GPS system of conventional Nikon total station. We can also carry out surveys for planning and boundary resolution purposes.

CERTIFICATION

We can act as the supervising Engineer for Banks and Building Societies in the construction of new Houses or Extensions. We can also inspect and certify existing houses for resale purposes.
